What will you do as a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate?
Being an Amazon Delivery Station Customer Support Associate means you will do real-time, hands-on research to find out where customer goods are and how we can get them to them as quickly as possible. You will call and/or email customers directly to check important delivery details and avoid delays. You will also be the link between our customers and our Delivery Service Partners, helping to find any problems, fix them, and set up a new delivery if needed.
What Are Your Hours?
In this job, you’ll have to work different hours depending on when people need you the most. The days you work will vary, but at least 40 hours a week, broken up into four 10-hour shifts. In order to meet the needs of our customers, we use a range of shift plans between 11 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., Monday through Sunday. Your work plan will be given to you at least six weeks ahead of time. What Qualifications Do We Need From You?
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Be able to work in the Netherlands.
- Strong Dutch language skills (at least a C1 level of written and spoken comprehension).
