• A cheerful and resilient personality. You must be open to feedback and have a strong drive for ongoing iteration and development.
• Work in a self-directed manner with ease
• Capability to plot and map a user journey from product discovery to enrollment, numerous engagement paths, and journey completion.
• Comfortable working under time limits and creatively within specified constraints
• A track record of applying design thinking concepts and user-centered design principles to problems at work or in daily life.
